【摘 要】目的：研究慢性阻塞性肺部疾病康复期患者呼吸肌功能锻炼的护理效果。方法：选取2019年2月至2021年1月期间，在我院就诊的112例慢性阻塞性肺部疾病康复期患者，利用随机数字表法分实验组、参照组，各56例；参照组给予常规护理，实验组加行呼吸肌功能锻炼，统计两组肺功能指标及患者满意度。结果：护理干预后，实验组肺功能指标显著改善，护理满意度上升，均优于参照组，组间比较差异显著（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study the nursing effect of respiratory muscle function exercise in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during rehabilitation. Methods： A total of 112 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during rehabilitation who were treated in our hospital during the period from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the reference group by the random number table， each with 56 cases； the reference group was given routine nursing， the experimental group received additional exercise of respiratory muscle function， and the lung function indexes and patient satisfaction of the two groups were counted.
