不同提取溶剂对蓝靛果叶挥发性成分的影响

Abstract:Theeffectsoftwodiferent solvents (n-hexaneandcyclohexane)forultrasonicextractiononthe volatilecomponentsof Loniceracaerulealeaveswereevaluatedregardingthetypesrelativecontent,andnumberofvolatilecomponents.Thersultsshowed thatwhenn-exaneandclohexawereuedastesets,and43olatileopotseredentifd,ithtetotalelatie content of 96.93% and 98.99% ,respectively.The relative content of esters obtained from extraction with the two solvents was higher thanthatofothercompounds.Therelativecontentofromatics,carboxylicacids,lefins,andphenolsobtainedviacyloheanewas higherthanthatobtainedvian-exaneTeelatiecontentofans,alools,sters,thers,andetonsotainedvialoae waslowerthanthatobtainedvian-exane.Thecylohexaneextracthadhighernumberofaromatics,alkanes,phenols,cohols, carboxylicacislefsdtestaneaneetct.Oralleailytractdtes,asdhie cyclohexanesoseteretractionecoaromatics,rboxylicacids,ndfis,emostratingtheextractinee to that of n-hexane.
