转光膜对洞庭湖区大棚温光环境及茄子生长发育的影响

Abstract:Thisstudyaimstoexploretheregulatoryefectsoflightconversionflmonthegreenouseenvironmentandsolanaceous cropproductioninthesubtropical monsoonclimateZone.Theeggplantcultivated ingrenhouses in DongtingLakearea wastaken as the researchobject.Comparison wasconducted between lightconversion fim(T)andconventional POflm(CK).The dynamic monitoring ofenvironmental factorsandtheanalysisofcropphysiologicalresponses wereperformed torevealtheefectsof light conversiofimonthetemperatureandlightenvironmentofthegreehouseandthe growthanddevelopmentofegplants.Theresults showed thatthelightconversioflmincreasedthedailymaximumtemperature,dailymeanhumidity,anddailyminimumhumidity whilereducingthedailymaximumlightintensitytoaleviatethestronglighttressinthegreehouses.Thelightconversionfilm hadnosignfcantctoteplatight,plantith,stedametereaflngthleafithoagrooictaitsofgptfrits, whileitignificantlypromotedtheelongationofpetioleandincreasedthemalondialdehydecontentandcatalaseactivityofleafThis resultindicated thathightemperaturescausedmembrane lipidperoxidationdamagewhileactivatingtheantioxidantsystem.Thestudy revealedthatlightconversionflmmightinduceheatstresswhenoptimizinglightqualitygain.Theapplicationoflightconversionflm in Dongting Lake area needs the coordination betweenlight quality optimization and thermal environment regulation.
