施氮量与留叶数对烤烟碳氮代谢及烟叶品质的影响

——以新品系HG2为例

Abstract Atwo-factorrandomized block experiment was conducted with diferent nitrogen applicationrates (15o,180,and 210kg/hm2 ) andretaiedleafcounts (14,16,and18)inYouzu Village,ShashiTown,LiuyangCityin224 toexploretheefectsofnitrogen applicationrateandretaiedleafcountonthecarbon-nitrogen metabolismandleafqualityof thenewfue-curedtobaccoline HG2. Theresults indicatedthatnitrogenappicationratewasthemainfactoraffectingtheplantheight,stemcircumference,andmaximum leafwidth,whileretainedleafcounthadnosignificanteectontheagronomictraits.Theinteractionbetweennitrogenapplication rateandretainedleafcount was insignificant.Both factors significantlyinfluencedthecarbonandnitrogenmetabolismofHG2 plantsandthechemicalcompoentsinfue-curedtobacco.Moreoverthrnteractionsignificantlyfectedtheactivitisofitrate reductase and amylase in the leaves.The treatment with nitrogen applicationat 180kg/hm2 and16 retained leaves showed excellent agronomic traitsoaltsitioofarbonandirogenmetabolsm,ndapropratesugar-talaloidatioof teiddleaduper leavesaftercuring,tusrsultingiigqualitytobaccoleaves.Terefore,itisecommendedthattetechnicalmeasureofapplying 180kg/hm2 ofnitrogenandretaining16leavescouldbeadoptedasthereference standardfornitrogenapplicationandleafretention in the cultivation of HG2 in Liuyang.
