“冰淇淋”彩色甘薯杂交新品种的选育

Abstract:Thisstudyaimstoimprovetheefcienthybridbreedingsystemforcoloredsweetpotatoesandbreed"icecream"sweet potatovarietisitgeneticsabilityigyels,andgqualityDirectedhrdizationwascardutwitteoloedstotato varietyPurpleLeafcarring the purple genes IbMYB1-3asthe female parentand'Xiangsu99' with favorable cross-ompatibility as the maleparent.From517hybrid plants,104lines withfleshcolorbeing purple mixedwithothercolors wereselected.Further, twoexceptionalnewvaretis,namedXiangfeiNo.1'andXiangeiNo.2',weresucefullybredfromtheselies.Withasa Yidianhong'astheontrol,arietyomparisontrials,ulti-sitetrails,andproductiontralswerecarredouttoompreeively evaluatetheyields,qualityanddiseaseresistanceof thetwonewvarieties.TheresultsrevealedthatXiangfeiNo.1'andXiangfei No.2'had the fresh tuberyieldsof 27590.4kg/hm2 and 30 269.5kg/hm2 ,respectively,whichwere 38.7% and 52.2% higher than that ofNanshaYidianhong'Thequalityanalysis indicatedthattheanthocyanicontentin'XiangfeiNo.1'and'XiangfeiNo.2'was 4.77 (20 mg/100g and 15.39mg/100g ,respectively. After cooking, the tubers tasted glutinous and sweet, with a fine texture, a chestnut aroma, andlowcrudefbercontent.ThesensoryscoresofXiangfeiNo.1'andXiangfeiNo.2'increasedby155and175potssptiely comparedwiththatofthecontrol.Bothvarietiesshowedmoderateresstancetosweetpotatobacterialwiltandresistancetoblack spotbutweresuseptibletorootrot,stemrotandscab.Inconclusion,thedirectedhybridizationbasedonIMYB1-3canectively improvethevarietiesofcoloredsweetpotatoes.Thenewlybredvarieties'XiangfeiNo.1'andXiangfeiNo.2'demonstratebothhigh yieldsandhighquality.Thisstudyprovidesnewgermplasmmaterialsandatechnicalrouteforthebredingofoloredsweepotatoes.
