Abstract：Teearly-maturingratooningrice planting modelisfirst proposedasaninnovativesolution toaddressthetwocore contradictionsoflowtemperaureandreducedyielddurigtheratooningsasoninareas withinsuffcientaccmulatedtemperatureand thedifcultyingrowingdouble-croppngricecausedbytheshortageofrurallaborforce.Aftermorethantenyearsofdevelopment anditeration，thistechnologyhasnowbecomeanimportantsupportforthenationalfoodsecuritystrategyThispaperclarifesthe significantimportaneofisodelforte"riceratooingceoilseedape"rotationmodel，omparativelyalyesthadantages ofearly-matingoongordiioalatoongeviteeseachprogessndemostatioeftsoftisodel， discuse theproblemseistinginteprocessofpromotingandapplingtisodel，andputsforardcoespondingsuggesosih the aim of providing a reference for the large-scale promotion and application of ratooning rice.
