某型号燃油系统自适应压力供油技术研究

Abstract: [Purposes] Based on the inlet pressure demand of a fuel system,a new adaptive fuel supply technology for fuel systemisproposed.[Methods] In this technology,PID control algorithm is used to control and change the speed of booster pump in the change offuel flow and overload.A simplified simulation model of fuel supply system is established by using system modeling and simulation software(AMEsim).The inlet fuel pressure of this type of fuel system is used as the control input,and the dynamic simulation analysis of fuel flow and overload is carried out.[Findings] The research results show that this technology can realize the fuel system to automatically control the fuel pump supply pressure according to the fuel inlet pressure demand in real time,verifying the feasibilityof the oil supply technology.[Conclusions] This technology can effectively solve the long vertical distance between the fuel pump outlet in the fuel tank and the fuel inlet ofa certain type offuel system,cause the change range of the oil supply pressure of the conventional fuel booster pump beyond the allowable change range of the pressure at the fuel inlet of the fuel system.
