Effect of Different Biofertilizers on the Photosynthetic Characteristic, Yield and Quality of Greenhouse Chili Peppers

Abstract:An experiment wasconducted toidentifythesuitable typeand dosageof bioferilizer in greenhousechili pepper production,providingateoreticalsisforgieldndigqualityulivationUsingthepepervarietyongjiao6sateal, treatmentsiteilsiieoalnttealeldidltroleldr efectsonphotosytheticcharacteristics,yield,andquaityofchilipepprResultsshowedthatthereatmentwithbactealield biofertilizerat3OOkg/haexhibitedthestrongestphotosytheticmetabolismcapacity.TephotosyntheticrateandintercelularCO 2 (202 concentration of pepper plants reached 18.32 and 232.00μmol/(m2⋅s). ,increasing by 4.81 and 48.00μmol/(m2⋅s) ,compared with the control without biofertilizer. The transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were 6.57 and 315.00mmol/(m2⋅s) ,respectively,3.04 and 48.00mmol/(m2⋅s) ,higher thanthose inthecontrol.Comparedwithno biofertilizer,plant height,stemdiameter,and canopy width increasedby.990cd4.6,espctielsglelatieldieasdbyialettieldsf 8.92t/ha.FutqualitywasalsooptialunderthistreatmentwithsigcantlygherontentsofolublesugarsoublesolidiainC solubleprotein,andfreaminoacidcompared withothertreatments.Inconclusion,applying bacterialshieldbiofertilizerat 30.0kg/ha in greenhouse chili pepper production can efectively improve both yield and quality.
