Degradation Dynamicsof Decamba and 2,4-D dimethylamine Salt intheSoilandPastureofNaturalGrasslands

Abstract:Combination of decamba and 2,4-D dimethylamine salt can control many species of poisonous weeds including Ligulariavirgaueainnatualgrassans.ThesafegazingintervalafterhrbicideapplicationiscrucialforlivestocksaetyInder to ensuresafegrazing intervalafterherbicidesapplicationandprovidereferenceforestablishingthemaximumresiduelimit (MRL) standards of pesticides,the degradation dynamicsof 480g/L dicamba aqueous solutionand 55% 2,4-D dimethylamine salt aqueous solutioninsoilandforageofaturalgalandinLuquGansuereivestigatedusingultraigpefoaneliqudhoatoa tandemmassspectrometry.Resultsshowed thatthedissipation dynamicsofboth 48Og/Ldicambaaqueous solutionand 55% 2,4-D dimethylaminesaltaqueoussolutioninsoilandforagefolowedthefirstorderkineticequation.Thehalf-livesinsoilwere.8and 4.7d,respectielyileoeinagere6d.6dspecivelyorovegdambueussutio more rapidly in soil and forage than 55% 2,4-D dimethylamine salt aqueous solution,although both were easily degradable herbicides.BasedontheresiduelevelsofthesetwoherbicidesinforageandtheevaluationagainstdomesticandinternationalMRL standards,itissuggested that grazing can besafelycariedout3Oto 45d afterspraying theherbicidemixture of 480g/L dicamba aqueous solution + (204号 55% 2,4-D dimethylamine salt aqueous solution in natural grasslands to control dominant poisonous weeds such as Ligularia virgaurea.
