Research on the Growth Trendand Countermeasuresof Farmers' Income in Jinchang City

Abstract：Basedontheper capita income dataoffarmers in Jinchang City since its establishment in 1981，this paper systematicallyanalyzesthegrowthprocessoffarmers'incomeinJinchangCityduringthe45yearsofreformandopeningupbyusing comparativeanalysismethods.BycomparingthechangesofpercapitaincomeoffarmersinJinchangCitywiththenatinaland Gansuprovinciallevelsinstages，the5phasedcharacteristicsof thegrowthoffamers'incomeinJinchangCityaresysteatialy soitedout.Thestudyrevealshecharacteristics，advantages，andshortcomingsoffarmers'incomegrowthndexplordpotential pathsandstrategies.Resultsshowsthattheabsoluteamountoffarmers'incomeinJinchangCityhasexceededthenationalaverage levelinthelaterperiodandhaslongbeenhigherthantheprovincialaveragelevelofGansu.However，duetofactorssuhaspolicy orientationandregionaleconomicstructure，thegrowthratesindiferentstageshavesignificantdifrencesfromthenatioaland Gansuprovinciallevels，andtheincomestructureofrmershasalsochangedsignificantlywitheconomicdevelopment.Wageicome hasgraduallbecomethemaindrivingforceforfarmers'incomeincrease，netoperatingincomecontinuestobthesourcedriving force，netpropertyincomeplaysastablesupportingrole，andtransferincomeprovidesimportantguaranteeforfarmers'icome increase.Aimingatteestrictivefctorssuchaslowlevelofagiculturalindustraliation，wateresourceshageodictio betweenagriculturalproductioncostsandagriculturalproductprices，andrelativelylowoverallculturalqualityoffrmers，ispaper putsforwardincome-increasingstrategiessuchasimprovingtheadedvalueofagriculturalproducts，strengtheningscientfic managementofatersources，elievingostprsure，roadeningmplentchanelsndrengheningskilstaiingoato provide theoretical support and practical reference forruralrevitalizationandsustainable income increaseoffarmers.
