Abstract:Lilies and their procesed products,due to their rich nutritionalcomponentsand medicinal values,havebeen widelyutilizedinthefoodandpharmaceuticalindustries.Toexplorefcientprocessingmethodsoflilyandevelonewlily products withhighaddedvalue,therebyprovidingreferencefordeeprocessingandmarketapplicationoflilyproducts.Thehistory andcurrentstatusof lilyprocessingtechnologyweredescibed,theprogress inprocessng technologyand productdevelopentwas reviewed,andtheutureprospectsredsussedithtenologicaliovatio,eaketillbaceoreguaityalty fodoptions,promotingsustaabledevelopmentofthelilyprocesingindustrProceedlilyproductsotonlyanceterket valueoflilybutalsomeetconsumerdemandforhealthyfood.Howtofurtherpreserveactivecomponentsandincreaseproducdded value remains a core research issue.
