Abstract：Lilies and their procesed products，due to their rich nutritionalcomponentsand medicinal values，havebeen widelyutilizedinthefoodandpharmaceuticalindustries.Toexplorefcientprocessingmethodsoflilyandevelonewlily products withhighaddedvalue，therebyprovidingreferencefordeeprocessingandmarketapplicationoflilyproducts.Thehistory andcurrentstatusof lilyprocessingtechnologyweredescibed，theprogress inprocessng technologyand productdevelopentwas reviewed，andtheutureprospectsredsussedithtenologicaliovatio，eaketillbaceoreguaityalty fodoptions，promotingsustaabledevelopmentofthelilyprocesingindustrProceedlilyproductsotonlyanceterket valueoflilybutalsomeetconsumerdemandforhealthyfood.Howtofurtherpreserveactivecomponentsandincreaseproducdded value remains a core research issue.
