Correlation Analysis of Nematode Quantity and Soil Nutrients in Different Maize Planting Areas of Lintao County

Abstract:Todevelopamethodofcontrolingthenumberofnematodesbyimprovingsoilconditions,fromMay5th2,the nutrientcontentsandnematodenumbersofmaizerhizospheresoilweremeasuredevery3Odaysin14diferentmaizeplantingareas inLintaoCounty.Thechangesofsoil nematodeswithtimeandthecorelationbetweensoilnematodesandsoilnutrientswere analyzed.Resultsindicatedthatthenumberofnematodesinmaizerhizospheresoilincreasedwiththegrowthperiodofmaize. Significantvrtiosinsiltrentlevelsereedossdientsoilsontentsofiltotaltrogenvlablesos, availablepotassum,andogancmatterexhbitednolinearcorrelationswithnematodeabundance.Overall,nematodepoplations can be managed by adjusting soil nutrient levels. Specifically,maintaining available phosphorus content below 40mg/kg ,available potassium content below 200mg/kg, and applying an appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer can effctively control nematode numbers.
