浅谈如何在实践中还原建筑外观的形式及材质

【摘  要】从项目的前期方案设计到项目整体落地建成是一个相当长的过程。如何在建筑外观设计上既满足多方审美要求，同时坚持设计师的设计初衷，并做到经济、实用、美观，赋予建筑外观以合理的材质、成熟安全的技术措施，使得建筑外观从口头概念衍化为可见图纸，最后还原到实际建造，以上是论文探讨的问题。

【Abstract】It is a long process from the design of the preliminary scheme of the project to the implementation and completion of the whole project. How to meet the aesthetic requirements of various aspects in the building appearance design， at the same time adhere to the original intention of the designer， and achieve economy， practicality and aesthetics， give the building appearance with reasonable materials， mature and safe technical measures， make the building appearance from the oral concept to the visible drawing， and finally restore to the actual construction， the above is the problem to be discussed in this paper.
