知识产权质押融资的风险防范与化解

【摘  要】知识产权质押融资为科技型中小企业解决了资金短缺的问题，但是从其自身和外部来看，存在较多风险。论文分析了我国知识产权质押融资的现状，针对知识产权质押融资的内外部风险提出切实可行的化解对策。

【Abstract】Intellectual property pledge financing solves the problem of capital shortage for technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises， but from their own and external point of view， there are many existing risks. This paper analyzes the current situation of intellectual property pledge financing in China， and puts forward feasible countermeasures to solve the internal and external risks of intellectual property pledge financing.
