【摘  要】哈佛分析框架作为一种财务分析方法，广泛应用于企业管理中。论文通过对战略、会计、财务、前景4个方面进行分析，对企业经营管理中的问题通过数据进行反映，以此来挖掘企业发展潜力，提高企业经营效益。

【Abstract】As a financial analysis method， Harvard Analytical Framework is widely used in business management. Through the analysis of strategy， accounting， finance and prospect， the paper reflects the problems in enterprise operation and management through data， so as to tap the development potential of enterprises and improve the operating benefits of enterprises.

1 引言

哈佛分析框架来源于美国，是由哈佛大学的佩普、希利和伯纳德在《运用财务报表进行企业分析与评估》中提出，主要包括战略分析、会计分析、财务分析和前景分析四部分，定义为财务分析框架，一經提出就得到了学界的认可，被广泛应用于财务分析中。（剩余2287字）
