基于ERG激励理论的博士后激励策略

——以企事业单位为例

【摘  要】博士后是重要的科研人才。论文从博士后的需求特点出发,以ERG激励理论为基础从生存、关系和成长3个因素剖析博士后的核心需求,从博士后的吸引、培养、归属感及留用发展多角度切入,探索企事业单位中博士后的有效激励策略,助力其吸引更多博士后,充分发挥博士后的科研创新作用。

【Abstract】Postdoctoral researchers are important scientific research talents. The paper starts from the demand characteristics of postdoctoral researchers, and analyzes the core demand of postdoctoral researchers from three factors of survival, relationship and growth based on ERG incentive theory. From the multiple perspectives of attraction, cultivation, sense of belonging and retention development of postdoctoral researchers, this paper explores the effective incentive strategies of postdoctoral researchers in enterprises and public institutions, so as to help them attract more postdoctoral researchers and give full play to the role of postdoctoral researchers in scientific research and innovation.

根据《国务院办公厅对改善完善博士后制度的意见》(国办发〔2015〕87号)文件精神,博士后制度是我国培养高层次创新型青年人才的一项重要制度,在推动科技进步和经济社会发展,深入实施创新驱动发展战略和人才优先发展战略中起重要作用。(剩余3019字)
