国有企业工程技术人员培训的问题与对策研究

【摘  要】现阶段,国有企业人力资源管理已成为提升企业竞争力的核心手段,员工培训是人力资源管理中的关键环节。近年来,工程技术人员培训取得了很大的发展,但仍存在一定的不足。论文主要研究国有企业工程技术人员培训中存在的问题,并提出解决对策,以期推动国有企业工程技术人员培训的有效落实。

【Abstract】At present, human resources management in state-owned enterprises has become the core means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and staff training is the key link in human resources management. In recent years, the training of engineering technical personnel has made great progress, but there are still some existing shortcomings. This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the training of engineering technical personnel in state-owned enterprises, and puts forward solving countermeasures, with a view to promoting the effective implementation of the training of engineering technical personnel in state-owned enterprises.

1 引言

随着经济的发展,国有企业面临着转型,中小企业不断壮大,国有企业面临的竞争日趋激烈,人力资源管理在企业发展中起着至关重要的作用,在市场经济的主导下,人才的竞争日益激烈,而培训是提高人才整体素质的主要手段,通过培训能提高员工的素质水平,使员工更加符合岗位需求,帮助企业高效地完成目标任务。(剩余2877字)
