新常态下中小企业全面预算管理问题及对策分析

【摘  要】新常态背景下，中小型企业若想实现长足发展，有必要积极开展全面预算管理工作，并且创新该项工作路径，以此助力中小型企业的发展效率以及水平得到持续性优化。所以，论文针对新常态背景下中小企业全面预算管理工作当中所存在的问题提出了相应的对策，以供参考。

【Abstract】Under the new normal background， if small and medium-sized enterprises want to achieve rapid development， it is necessary to actively carry out comprehensive budget management and innovate the working path， so as to help the development efficiency and level of small and medium-sized enterprises to be continuously optimized. Therefore， in view of the problems existing in the comprehensive budget management of small and medium-sized enterprises under the background of the new normal， the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures， for reference.

1 引言

在我国公有制经济为主体，多种所有制经济共同发展的背景之下，社会上各领域逐渐呈现出蓬勃发展的局面，同时各个大、中、小型企业也在市场竞争之中崭露头角，谋得自身的一些发展之地，丰富了我国市场经济，同时也推进了我国社会主义经济建设事业的繁荣发展。（剩余2882字）
