浅析影响管理沟通的因素与对策

【摘  要】管理沟通贯穿着企业的四大职能,正在受到越来越多的企业重视。有效的沟通管理不仅能了解员工的需求,还能提高工作效率,为企业创造更多的价值和财富。影响管理沟通的主观和客观因素是多方面的,管理者应该根据这些因素,提高管理沟通的技能。论文探析了影响管理沟通的因素和有效的策略。

【Abstract】Management communication runs through the four major functions of enterprises, and is being paid more and more attention by enterprises. Effective communication management can not only  understand the needs of employees, but also improve work efficency and create more value and wealth for the enterprise. There are many subject and objective factors that affect management communication, manager should grasp these factors and improve their management communication skills. This paper analyzes the factors affecting management communication and effective strategies.
