师范院校工科研究生“一中心四融合”培养模式探索与实践

摘  要：培养模式改革与创新是研究生教育质量提升的关键。针对当前工科研究生教育所面临的困境，结合陕西师范大学材料学科研究生培养的实际，介绍“一中心四融合”研究生培养模式的探索与实践情况，以期为师范院校工科研究生培养模式创新提供借鉴。

Abstract： Reform and innovation of training mode is a key for improving the quality of postgraduate education. In view of difficulties faced by the current engineering postgraduate education， combining with practice of postgraduate training of material science in Shaanxi Normal University， a new exploration and practice of postgraduate training mode focusing on one center and four integration is introduced in this paper， in order that it may provide reference for innovation of training mode of engineering postgraduate education in normal universities.
