数字化转型背景下基础学科人才数字素养与技能评价指标体系研究

摘 要:数字素养与技能已经成为基础学科人才开展创新研究的基本素质。文章梳理全球主要国家,以及国际组织发布的数字素养评估框架,结合学科特征与人才选拔培养的实际需求,研究提出一套包括3大维度、35个具体指标的指标体系,并对基础学科人才数字素养与技能评价作出展望。

Abstract: Digital literacy and skills have become the basic qualities for talents in basic disciplines to carry out innovative research. The paper sorts out the digital literacy assessment framework issued by major countries in the world, as well as international organizations, combines the characteristics of disciplines and the actual needs of talent selection and training, studies and proposes an indicator system that includes 3 dimensions and 35 specific indicators, and makes an outlook on the digital literacy and skill evaluation of talents in basic disciplines.
