摘 要:为深入推进高校辅导员与专业课教师的协同育人工作,发挥课程育人功能为目标。文章描述“主-助-导-催”课程育人新模式的构建,推动大学生思想政治教育和专业知识水平,促进学生全面发展,提高人才培养的质量。

Abstract: In order to further promote the collaborative education of college counselors and professional teachers and to play the function of the curriculum education, the article describes the construction of the new education mode of "main-help-guide-urge" course, promotes the ideological and political education and professional knowledge level of college students, promotes the all-round development of students, and improves the quality of talent training.
