以宣讲形式推进高职院校德育工作现状的调查与思考

摘  要：通过数据资料表明：听过宣讲的多数大学生对宣讲团的认同程度较高，对宣讲实现德育效果有待提升。为此概括和分析影响大学生宣讲团实现德育功能的制约性因素，并从宣讲内容、宣讲员、宣讲形式、宣讲效果、制度保障等方面对提升宣讲实现德育功能的路径进行探析。

Abstract： The data show that most students who have heard give a high degree of identification with higher vocational college students' propaganda group， and the moral education effect of propaganda group needs to be improved. Therefore， this paper summarizes and analyzes the restrictive factors that affect the realization of moral education function in the propaganda group， and probes into the ways to improve the realization of moral education function in the propaganda group from four aspects： the content， the lecturer， the form and the effect of the propaganda.
