新形势下高校机关党建载体研究

摘  要：高校机关党组织建设在整个党的建设历程中具有重要地位。文章旨在借助对高校机关党支部活动载体建设的调查分析，结合理论成果，为丰富和完善高校机关党支部活动载体提供参考思路，以发挥党员的先锋模范作用和党支部的战斗堡垒作用。

Abstract： The construction of Party organizations in university organs plays an important role in the whole process of Party construction. Making use of the investigation， analysis and theoretical results of the construction of the activity carriers of the Party branches in universities， the paper provides references in enriching and improving the activity carriers of Party branches in university organs and gives full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members and the fighting fortress role of Party branches.

习近平总书记在全国机关党的建设工作会议上明确指出，“机关党的建设是党的建设新的伟大工程的重要组成部分”，对于高校而言，机关党支部是高校得以运转的中坚力量，也是高校各项工作的引领和模范，是党在高校进行政治领导的根本所在，肩负宣传和落实党对高等教育的方针、路线、政策，以及校党委布置的相关工作，在高校中发挥着不可替代的作用。（剩余6602字）
