基于导师团队培养模式的中药学研究生创新实践能力探索

摘  要：文章从研究生培养质量、创新能力培养出发，以广西中药大学中药学研究生培养为例，探讨建立可持续发展的导师团队，对构建“开放”“交叉”“贯通”的创新型人才培养体系的意义。

Abstract： This paper starts with the cultivation of graduate students and the cultivation of innovative ability， and takes the cultivation of graduate students in Chinese Pharmacy at Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine as an example to discuss the significance of establishing a sustainable development team of tutors for the establishment of an "open"， "intersecting" and "through" innovative talent training system.
