转型迁建背景下独立学院校外实践教学改革与发展研究

摘  要：基于独立学院应用技术型高校转型发展和迁建办学背景，分析了校外实践教学存在的问题，从转变思想观念、资源保障机制、管理体制、考核机制四个方面提出独立学院校外实践教学改革和发展的思路和对策，并对改革过程中需注意的政策制度保障问题进行了探讨。

Abstract： Based on the background of the transformation and development of independent colleges and universities， this paper first analyzes the problems existing in off-campus practice teaching. Then， it puts forward the thoughts and countermeasures of the reform and development of off-campus practice teaching in independent colleges from four aspects： changing ideas， resource guarantee mechanism， management system and assessment mechanism. Finally， it discusses the policy and system guarantee in the process of reform.
