[Abstract]Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional teaching methods，“live online + self-study，”andblended teachingmethodsinundergraduatemedicalimagingeducation.MethodsAretrospectiveanalysismethodwasemploydtocategorize 5-yearclinicalmedicinestudents，whowereenroledinthemedicalimagingtheorycourseatteSecond Hospitalof Jiln Univesity fromMarch2019toMarch2O21，intothreedistinct groups.GoupAconsistsof66studentsof2O16gradewhoweretaughtbytraditionalteaching methods.GroupBcomprises72studentsof2O17gradewo weretaughtbyacombinationofliveonliveandself-study. GroupCconsistsof69studentsin2018gradewhoweretaughtbyablended teachingapproachthatcombinesbothonlineandffline methods.Theeffcacyof instructionisassesedbytheanalysisofexaminationoutcomes.ResultsThefinalscoresofthethree groups，GroupBachievedahigherscorecomparedtoboth GroupAandGroupC，withastatiticallsignificant diference（ P< 0.01）.However，there was no statistically significant difference between Group A and Group C（ P>0.05， ）.Conclusion The instructional appoach of“live online+self-study”ensures thequalityof the classand theefectiveness of teaching.
