[Abstract]Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional teaching methods,“live online + self-study,”andblended teachingmethodsinundergraduatemedicalimagingeducation.MethodsAretrospectiveanalysismethodwasemploydtocategorize 5-yearclinicalmedicinestudents,whowereenroledinthemedicalimagingtheorycourseatteSecond Hospitalof Jiln Univesity fromMarch2019toMarch2O21,intothreedistinct groups.GoupAconsistsof66studentsof2O16gradewhoweretaughtbytraditionalteaching methods.GroupBcomprises72studentsof2O17gradewo weretaughtbyacombinationofliveonliveandself-study. GroupCconsistsof69studentsin2018gradewhoweretaughtbyablended teachingapproachthatcombinesbothonlineandffline methods.Theeffcacyof instructionisassesedbytheanalysisofexaminationoutcomes.ResultsThefinalscoresofthethree groups,GroupBachievedahigherscorecomparedtoboth GroupAandGroupC,withastatiticallsignificant diference( P< 0.01).However,there was no statistically significant difference between Group A and Group C( P>0.05, ).Conclusion The instructional appoach of“live online+self-study”ensures thequalityof the classand theefectiveness of teaching.
