[Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore theapplicationof thre-dimensionalultrasoundintheevaluationof perforatorartery beforeanterolateralmoralperforatorflaptransplantatininelderlypatints.MethodsFromOOto02，Optientsitanterate alfemoralperforatorflaptransplantationatWuxiNo.9People'sHospitalAfiliatedtoSoochowUniversitywererandomlydividednto twogroups：ultrasoundgroupandtheCTAgroupeachhad3Ocases.Theimagequality，thediameterof theperforatorarterymeasured beforeoperationandtheactualdiameterduringoperation，theincidenceofcomplicationsandtheconditionofoperationwereompared betwenthetwogroups.ResultsTheimagequalityoftheultrasoundgroup wassignificantlybeterthanthatoftheCTAgroup（ P< （204号 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the diameter of the perforating artery between the two groups（ P>0.05 ）.The incidence of complications in the ultrasound group was significantly lower than that in the CTA group（ P<0.05 ）．There was no significant difference in the location and incidence of donor area between the two groups（ P>0.05 ）.The survival rate of skin flap in the ultrasound group was higher than that in the CTA group（ P<0.05 ），and the reoperation rate in the ultrasound group waslower than that in the CTA group （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasound has more acurate measurement value and higher image qualityntheevauationofperforatorterybeforeanterolateralfmralpfoatorfaptransplatation，soitisortyofcalaplcation.
