[Abstract]Succinylationisapost-translationalmodificationprocessthatplaysacrucialroleinregulatingproteinstructure andfunctionandisimplicatedinthepathogenesisofvariousdiseases.Emergingevidencesugeststhatsucinlationcontributesto tumorprogresionbymodulating metabolicreprogrammingandinfuencingtheexpresionof targetproteingenes.Thesealeratioscan significantlyimpacttumordevelopmentandprogresio.Tiseviewimstosummarizethemechanisticoleofsuccylationinorgenesis,providing insights into itspotential asa biomarker forcancer diagnosisandatargetfortherapeutic intervention.
