[Abstract]PeriodontaltissecomprisesacomplexarrangementofsoftandhardtissuesessentialforthephysiologicalfunctionofteethNumeosproteinsinperodotaltissearetialfointaingisoalpsiologicalfunction，ileinsp cificproteinsarecrucialforthhomeostaticqulibrumandthedevelopmentandremodelingofperiodontaltisse.Theidentificationof theseparticularprotesestablishsasolidteoreticalandpractcalfoundationforaddressingperiodtaltisuediseasesinteelderly andfortheregenerationof periodontal tisse.Thisarticle examines the currntresearch status of thesespecific proteins.
