骨科失能老年人生活自理能力评估体系的构建及应用

AbstractObjective：Toestablishaself-careablityassessmentsystemfordisabledolderadultsinorthopedicdepartmentandeplorits aplicationefect.Methods：Atotalof5OdisabledolderadultsinorthopedicdepartmentwoweredischargedfromahospitalinYichang cityspanned fromJanuarytoDecember2O23wereselectedasthestudysubjects usingaconveniencesampling method.Theolderadults wererandomlydividedintoaninterventiongroupandacontrolgroup.Thecontrolgroup（2Ocases）receivedroutiecare interventions， whiletheinterentigroup3Oass）receivedintervetiosgudedbyteself-aeabiltaessmentsystefordisablederadultsin orthopedicdepartmentAftertetervetiothearthelIdexandtheFctioalIdepedeeeasure（F）scalewersedtoste activitiesofdailyliving（ADL）inbothgroups.Results：ThescoresofboththeBarthelIndexandtheFIMscaleintheinterventiongoup were higher than those in the control group.There were statistically significant diffrences in terms of the scoresall P<0.05 ）.Conclusions： Aplyingtheself-careabilityassessmentsystemfordisabledolderadultsinorthopedicdepartenttoguideursingintervetiosfor home-based disabled older adults is beneficial for improving their ability in activities ofdaily living.
