AbstractObjective:Toexplorthepracticalefectoftheteachngrefooftheemergencyandcriticalcarenursingcoursebasedonthe integrationof"post,course,competition,certificationandresearch.Methods:Undergaduateursigstudentsfromthelasof9 and2021wereselectedasthestudysubjectsAmong them,4undergraduatenursingstudentsfromtheclassof2l9wereaignedtothe controlgroup,hile36undergraduatenursingstudentsfromtheclassofO2lwereasignedtothestudygroup.Thepatientscotrol groupreceivedtraditionalteachingmethods.Thepatientsistudygroupwereimplementedtheteachngreforoftheemergencyadcritical carenursingcoursebasedontheintegrationof "post,course,competition,certification,andresearch".Thecoursescoresofthetwo groupsofundergaduatenursingsudents,asellasthecomprehesiveabiltisandteevalationrsultsoftheourseteachngfo of the study group were statisticallyanalyzed.Results:Among the 36 undergraduate nursing students in the studygroup, 33‰ ) scored above 8O inclinical practical activities.The overall attendance ratewas 99.8% .The in-class test score rate was 91.9% .Thevirtual training score rate was 98.3% .The final theoretical exam score of the study group was 84.44±6.90 ,which was higher than that of the control group (80.71±7.96) .There was a statistically significant difference in terms of the scores between the two groups t=2.186,P< 0.05).In the study group, 100.0% of the undergraduate nursing students believed that the teaching reform enhanced their self-directed leamingabilityteamorksilsndfomatintolglicatiabilityTeageentatefochiofeacngo evaluation spanned from 86.11% to 100.00% .Conclusions:The teaching reform of the emergency and critical care nursing course based ontheiegaooei"lielce students.
