基于“岗课赛证研”融通的急危重症护理学课程教学改革的实践研究

AbstractObjective：Toexplorthepracticalefectoftheteachngrefooftheemergencyandcriticalcarenursingcoursebasedonthe integrationof"post，course，competition，certificationandresearch.Methods：Undergaduateursigstudentsfromthelasof9 and2021wereselectedasthestudysubjectsAmong them，4undergraduatenursingstudentsfromtheclassof2l9wereaignedtothe controlgroup，hile36undergraduatenursingstudentsfromtheclassofO2lwereasignedtothestudygroup.Thepatientscotrol groupreceivedtraditionalteachingmethods.Thepatientsistudygroupwereimplementedtheteachngreforoftheemergencyadcritical carenursingcoursebasedontheintegrationof "post，course，competition，certification，andresearch".Thecoursescoresofthetwo groupsofundergaduatenursingsudents，asellasthecomprehesiveabiltisandteevalationrsultsoftheourseteachngfo of the study group were statisticallyanalyzed.Results：Among the 36 undergraduate nursing students in the studygroup， 33‰ ） scored above 8O inclinical practical activities.The overall attendance ratewas 99.8% .The in-class test score rate was 91.9% .Thevirtual training score rate was 98.3% .The final theoretical exam score of the study group was 84.44±6.90 ，which was higher than that of the control group （80.71±7.96） .There was a statistically significant difference in terms of the scores between the two groups t=2.186，P< 0.05）.In the study group， 100.0% of the undergraduate nursing students believed that the teaching reform enhanced their self-directed leamingabilityteamorksilsndfomatintolglicatiabilityTeageentatefochiofeacngo evaluation spanned from 86.11% to 100.00% .Conclusions：The teaching reform of the emergency and critical care nursing course based ontheiegaooei"lielce students.
