AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatethestatusquooftoxicleadershipbhaviorsofnursemanagersandtoanalyzetheirinfluencingfactors. Methods:Atotalof756ursesinChinawereselectedasstudysubjectsfromMarch2toAugust3224bycoveniencesampling.urvey werconuctedusing theGeneralInformationQuestionnaire,ToxicLeadershipBehaviorsofNurseManagersscale,AbusiveSupervision Item,OrganailCalsststdUtrehWorkEgtSale9areelisp theinfluencingfactorsofoxicleadershipbehaviorsofnursemanagers.Results:Thetotalscoreontoxicleadershipbehaviorsfnurse managers wasl14.0o79.01.Oo).Thesoringatesforthdimensionsofparanidbehaviornarcisisticbehavior,selfprooting behavior,and humiliating behavior were 64.93% 65.32% 66.49% ,and 67.65% ,respectively.Multivariate analysis results showed that thedepartmentteveloospitaletofspitaltaagetasofsigagbfpard bythe nursing manager,andabusivesupervision were influencing factors fortoxic leadershipbehaviorsof nursemanagers( P< 0.05).Conclusions:Thetoxicleadershipehaviorsofursemanagerswereatmedium-highlevelItwasesentialtopayationto the influencing factorsof these behaviors and todevelop scientific measures to effectively reduce theiroccurrence..
