AbstractObjectieToaluateteapplicationefectofteospitalommunityfmilyipartieclboatienursingmodeielderly patients withseverediabeticfotMethods：Atotalof84elderlypatientswithseverediabeticfootadmitingtoourhospitalfromugust 2023toJulyO24wereseledasthestudysubjectsPatientsadmitigfroAugust223toJanuary24wereasigedtothecoetoal group，whilethoseadmitigfromFebruarytoJulyO24wereasignedtothestudygroup，with42casesineachgroup.Theconventional groupreceivedroutinenursingcare.Thestudy groupreceivednursing interventionsbasedonthehospital-community-familytripartite collborativeursigodelinditiontothoutiecae.loodglucoelevelsectedfotcondiin，andursingstiactionwere comparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Aftertheintervention，thestudygroupshowedlowerlevelsoffastingbloodglucose，our postprandialbloodglucose，andglycatedhemoglobincomparedtotheconventionalgroup.ThefotulcerareaandVisualAnalogScale painscoreweresallitesudygoup.Teaklebrachalidexandnursingsatisfactonweehigher.Terewerestatisiallsiiit differences in terms of all the indicators P<0.05） .Conclusions：The implementation of the hospital-community-family tripartite collaborative nursingmodelinelderlypatientswithseveredabetifotwasbneficialincontroligbloodglucoselevels，mprovingfootueraling， and enhancing patients' nursing satisfaction.
