AbstractOetieivesgatethifuencgfactosofompceitistakleacupucureramntpatientstgsoeial adversereactionsfolowingradiotherapyandchemotherapyformalignanttumors.Methods：Atotalof294patientswithgastrointestinal adversereactiosfolowingadotherapyandcemoterapyforalignanttumorsatFirstHospialofSaniMedicalUniversityeselectedas subjectsspanedfromuary2adecember24.Aftetreatmntcompeio，surveyserecoductedtossspatientsolnce withwristalecetmoaatcatoreeofklepuerto duringwris-kleupuuretntdeactsfklecupuuretreattisciistklece treatment.Univariateandmutivariateanalysiswereusedtoexploretheinfluencingfactorsofcompliancewithwristankleacupuncture treatment inthesepatients.Results：Amongthe 294patients ith gastrointestinaladversereactionsafterradiotherapyandchemotherapy for malignant tumors，the 188（63.95%） patients showed high compliance with wrist-ankle acupuncture treatment，while 106（36.05% ）showed lowcompliance.Multivariateanalysisrevealedthateducationlevelofjuniorhighshoolorbelowunhealthypsychologicalstateedium tolowlevelofcyckofesbutstleupuutdeactofsle acupuncture treatment wererisk factors forlow compliance with wrist-ankle acupuncture treatment in thesepatintsall P<0.05） .Conclusions： Educatioleellatcefslutd acupuncturereatmentereifuengfctorsofompaeihistankleacupucturetreamentinptintsithgastrotestialdee reactions followingradiotherapyandchemotherapyformalignant tumors.Targetedinterventionmeasuresshouldbedevelopedbasedon these influencing factors to improve compliance with wrist-ankle acupuncture treatment in this patient population.
