Application of traditional Chinese medicine "three-cause suitability" concept management for emergency department nursing staff

AbstractObjective：ToexploretheapplicationefectoftraditionalChinesemedicine"three-causesuitability"conceptmanagement foremergencydepartmentursingstaf.Methods：Atotalof6Oursingstaffrotheemergencydepartmentof3tertiarygradeAospitals were selectedas testudysubjectsfromJanuary 2O23toJune2O24.Andthenursigstaffweredividedintobservationgroupandcontrol groupbasedonteirespectiehospitals，Oparticipantsinacheursesinotrolgroueceivedonventioalemergecydepartt nursingmanagement，hileteursesinservationgoupeceivedtraditoalCinesemedicine"thausesuitabilt"oncetaagnt Jobstress，burout，andnursingqualitywerecomparedbetwenthetwogroups.Results：Aftertheintervention，thescoreofPerceived Stress Scale in observation group was 15.42±4.23 .The scores of the Maslach Burnout Inventory were 76.23±6.43.These score were all lower than those in control group[the score of Perceived Stress Scale was 22.8 ℏ±4.12 ，the scores of the Maslach Burmout Inventory was l09.65±6.8o].The score of nursing quality in observation group was 93.23±2.45. The score was higher than that in control group （85.67±3.40） ，with alldifferences being statistically significant（ P<0.05' .Conclusions：Implementing traditional Chinese medicine "three-cause suitabilty"conceptmanagementonjobburnoutandnursingqualtyofemergencydeparmentnursingstaffhelpedreducejobstresand burnout of emergency department nursing staf.It was also helped improve nursing quality.
