Application effect evaluation on the clinical practice teaching protocol for nursing undergraduates in midwifery

AbstractOjective：Toexploretheaplicationeectofthecliicalpracticeteachingprotocolforursingundergraduatesinmidwiery basedoncoremidwiferycompetencies.Methods：Atotalof62undergraduatesinmidwiferyatObstetricsandGynecologyHospitalofFudan Universitywereselectedasthestudysubjects bypurposivesamplingfromJuly20l9 toApril223.Aself-assssmentquestioaireon coremidwiferycompetenciesandfocusgroupinterviewswereconductedtosurveythestudents.Results：Thetotalsoreofcorecompetency afterthe internship（311.46±46.17）was higher than that before the internship（243.13 ± 50.61），witha statistically significant difference （ P< O.00l）.Fivecretmseretractedfrothitervesamelyigecoiionoftetacgprogamoticeablectisf interactiveteacingmethodsdvaagsanditatiosofjointtachingutpatientdicalandsistafelatielyit practicetimeaddelierypportuitiuringtedelieyprod，ddivegentprofessoalereptiosagaistebacdroofdiig birthrates.Conclusios：Theclinicalpracticeteachingprotocolforursigundergraduatesinmidwiferybasedocoremidwiferyompetencies couldefectivelyenancescoremidwiferyompetenciesofstudents.Teachingadmistratorsshouldappropratelyincreasepracticetie ofstudentsurielirypod，aadclbatitacgodelsetweicaldusigaffdmpeol identity of students.
