AbstractOjective:Toexploretheaplicationeectofthecliicalpracticeteachingprotocolforursingundergraduatesinmidwiery basedoncoremidwiferycompetencies.Methods:Atotalof62undergraduatesinmidwiferyatObstetricsandGynecologyHospitalofFudan Universitywereselectedasthestudysubjects bypurposivesamplingfromJuly20l9 toApril223.Aself-assssmentquestioaireon coremidwiferycompetenciesandfocusgroupinterviewswereconductedtosurveythestudents.Results:Thetotalsoreofcorecompetency afterthe internship(311.46±46.17)was higher than that before the internship(243.13 ± 50.61),witha statistically significant difference ( P< O.00l).Fivecretmseretractedfrothitervesamelyigecoiionoftetacgprogamoticeablectisf interactiveteacingmethodsdvaagsanditatiosofjointtachingutpatientdicalandsistafelatielyit practicetimeaddelierypportuitiuringtedelieyprod,ddivegentprofessoalereptiosagaistebacdroofdiig birthrates.Conclusios:Theclinicalpracticeteachingprotocolforursigundergraduatesinmidwiferybasedocoremidwiferyompetencies couldefectivelyenancescoremidwiferyompetenciesofstudents.Teachingadmistratorsshouldappropratelyincreasepracticetie ofstudentsurielirypod,aadclbatitacgodelsetweicaldusigaffdmpeol identity of students.
