AbstractObectieToinvestigatethestatusuoandfuencingfactorsofimposterpenomeonI)innwlyiredursesandtoale thepathofrelatedfactors.Methods:Atotalof79newlyiredursesfrom3tertiarygradeAhospitalsinZhengzhoucitywereelectedas partipantsbyonveniencesamplinginMarch24Dataofureswerecolectedbyusingageneralinformationquestioaire,theCinese versionofClanceImpostorhenomeonScaleCIS),theCneseversionoftheFrostMulidimensioalPerfectioismScalehKesler PsychologicalDistressScale(K10),andPerceivedSocialupportScale(P).Results:Thetotalsoreofhineseversionoff newly hired nurses was 23.25 ± 5.24.Multivariate analysis showed that department,monthly income,negative perfectionism,psychological distress,and perceived social support were influencing factors of IP .P<0.05 ).Bootstrap testing showed that negative perfectionism had direct effect on IP (β =0.444).Psychological distress mediated the relationship between negative perfectionism and IP β =0.266).Conclusions:The IPinnewlyhiredurseswasatmoderatelyhighlevel.Nursingdministratorsshoulddeveloptargetedmanagementstrategiesbasedon influencing factors to help newly hired nurses adopt more positive mindset to cope with complex clinical works.
