AbstractObjective：Toanalyzetheinfluencingfactorsandpathwaysofsocialfrailtyamongcommunity-dwelingolderadultswith chronicdiseasesbasedonsocioecologicaltheory.Methods：Atotalof145Oolderadultswithchronicdiseaseswereconvenientlyselected from15communtiesinTangshancityasstudysubjectsfromAugust2O2 toJune2O23.DatawerecolectedusingtheGeneralInfoation Qst Scale，eHealthLiteracyScale，FRAILScale，FamilyHardinessIndex，ndPerceivedSocialSupportScaleResuts：Amongte45 community-dwelling olderadults with chronic diseases，56O exhibited social frailty.Thedetectionrate was 38.6% .The result of logistic regresioaalsisedtatgeucationlelmberofoicsessutioooicoiios，hlogiaial self-identityliallletldr supportfromfriilsaeitealotdit environment were influencing factors of social frailty P<0.05） .Theresult of path analysis showed that general characteristics and multiple factorswithinielogialteectlyendalfrildiioalliinosteal capitaliieldoaliltitiaedledliall mesosystemldsslediallolialialdeeitoalprt indirectlyetedcalfriliasetituprtfsdieluendoalfraletid Withintheaoseibilttetsedalaesiretleedialfrailiaealthliay hardiness，oloalpialdeitmitiolotilydoaliltil exerciseandphsicalfraltyCommunitylderlysupportenvionmentindirectlyinfuencedsocialfrailtyiaselfentityConcsioe detectionrateofocialfailtymongcommunitdwelingeradultswitroicdiseasswasrelativelyhigh.Itisifuecedyultiple interacting factors and pathways encompassed within the socioecological theory.
