Results：The main effects among groups and time on serum concentrations of CRP and TNF- ∝ in adult rabbits were statistically significant （both P<0.001 ），with an interaction efect between groups and time also being observed 0.On 5th dayand 7th day post-intervention， theisoliquirigenin-fullrenegel group exhibitedlowervascular inflammationseveritycompared totheblankcontrolgroup （P<0.05 ）.Conclusions： Isoliquiritigenin-fullerene gel had better therapeutic effect against amiodarone-induced phlebitis.
