AbstractObjective：Tounderstandthestatusquoofage-friendlymodifcationsintheresidentialenvironmentsofhomeboundelderly withdisabilisiommuiisMethd：Attalf87omebodelyitsablitfroBaiseiereseletedassudbectsy conveniencesamplingfromJuarytoApril24urveyswerecoductedusingageneraliformationquestioaire，teBartheldex RatingScaleandaquestioaireogfrendlyodificatiosinthsidentialviromentsResults：Amongthe7omeboudelderly withdisabilmt4dpeectiil6idoatee completelydependnt.Teiracivitiesscorsofdailylivingwerenegativelycorrelatedwithgefriendlymodificationsoresofbathooms r=-0.458，P<0.001， andbedrooms r=-0.320，P=0.003 ），but positively correlated with age-friendly modification scores of kitchen r=0.453，P<0.001） .The modification rate of residential environments adaptations ranged from 20.7% to 95.4% .Both completely dependentandmoderatelydependenteldersscoredsignificantlyhigherinbathroommodificationsthanmildlydependentindividual P< 0.05），while scored significantly lower in kitchen modifications than mildly dependent individuals（ P<0.05） .Completely dependent elders scored significantly higher in bedroom modification than both moderate dependence and mild dependence individuals （P<0.05 .Conclusions： Age-friendlymodificationsintheresidentialenvironmentsofhomeboundelderlywithdisabilitiesincommunitiesrequiredfurther improvement.Mildlydependentindividualsnedenhancedawarenessofpreventiveage-friendlymodificationsofbathroomFamilies shouldbetteudestadiotaptatisfortuciolsfoderateepdeedmpelpedtals. Targetedinterventionsshouldbeimplementedtoenhancefamilies'awarenessofagefriendlymodificationsofbedroomforelderlywith disabilities.
