AbstractObjective：Toconstructcorecompetencyindicatorsystemforfamilycaregiversofelderlypatients withParkinson'sdisease （PD）.Methods：BasedonthecaregiverskillmodelproposedbyFaran，apreliminaryframeworkofcorecompetencyidicatorsstemfor familycaregiversofelderlyPDpatientswasdevelopedthroughliteraturereviewandsemi-structuredinterviews.Thefinalvrsionofte indicatorystemwasestablisedusingtheDelphimethod.Andtheweightsoftheindicatorsweredeterminedthroughtheanalytichierarchy process.Results：Two rounds of expert consultations were conducted.The questionnaire recovery rate was 100.00% for both rounds.The expertauthoritycoeficientswereO.857and.916，respectivelyAndthecoeficentofvariationCVrangedromOOOtoO.ihefist roundandO.OtoO.inthescodroundTeKendallsWaluesfortheoverallindcatorswre325and.356espectielyboth P< OOl）l and78third-levelindicators.Conclusions：Theconstructedcorecompetencyindicatorsystem forfamilycaregiversofelderlyPD patientsaligsithteharacteristioflialpracte.Itouldsasfeecefoevaluatigtearegiingablisofmili of elderly PD patients and developing training and management programs in the future.
