AbstractObjectie：ToivestigateteusquandifueningfactorsoffertlityesiresinwomnofreproductivegeMetodAtotal of2316womenofreproductiveageinShanxiprovincewereselectedforstudysubjectsfromMarchtoApril2O24.Across-sectional surveywascodutedyuestioiesueyUnarateaalysisndLgisticgressereedtointifueningfactofeili desires in women of reproductive age.Results：Among the 2 316 women of reproductive age，718 women （31.00% ）expressed fertility desires.Theultogisticesiaisdatritystorbooeriliteesofilal medicalconditios，ynecologicaldiseasessymptomssuchaspostpartumuriaryicontienceorterineprolapse，aboraalgsiaand postpartum rehabilitation training were influencing factors of fertility desires in women of reproductive age（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusions：Fertility desireswomeofeprodutieageerelow.elvicfloodysfuctiodisodersnegaivelyimpactertiltydesiesiwomenofeprductie age.Targetedreabilitationnursinginterventionsshouldbeimplemented toimprovefertiltydesires inwomenofreproductivege.
