AbstractObjective：Toexploretheinfluenceoftenursingmodeofontiuousnursingandfolowupmanagement4CR）onthecopliance behaviorandrecurenceateofpatientswihacutebiliarypancreatitisMethods：Atotalof68patientsithacutebiliarypanceatitis admitingtothedepartmentofgastroenterologyofZhujiangHospital，SouthernMedicalUniversityfromJanuaryO22toNoveber 2023wereselectedandrandomlydivided into thecontrolgroupandthe4CRmodegroup，with84patientsineach group.Thecontrol group was intervened with continuous nursing，whilethe 4CR mode group was intervened with the4CR mode.Beforethe intervention and6monthsfterteinterention，theomplianceehaviorsale，SelfRatigbilityofHaltromotigPracticScale（SA），Che versionofHeahPromotigLifestleProfile-I（HPLP-C），andGenericQualtofLifeventory-74（GQOL-74）wereusedtoevaluate thecomplianehavirs，ealthavisabilityeveoealthpromotinlifestyle，ndualityolifeoftepatintsintetooup respectively.Andthereurencerateofcutepancreaitisintetwogrouswascompaedat1and6monthsftdischageesults： During thefolloupobservaionprocess，2patientsdropedoutEventually，herewere82patientsinthecontrolgoupand4patits inthe4CR modegroup.Six monthsafterthe intervention，thescoresofvarious itemsofcompliancebehavior，SRAHPsores，HPL-C scores，andthescoresofvariousitemsoftheGQOL-74scaleithe4CRmode groupwereallhigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup P< 0.05）.At3andmothsafterdischarge，therecurrencerateofacutepancreatitisinthe4CRmodegoupaslowerthanthatinthecotrol group （P<0.05） 0.Conclusions：The interventionofcontinuous nursingand folow-upmanagementcould help toimprove thecompliance behaviorsandhealthpromotinglifestyleofpatientsithacuteblypancreatisdreducetherecurecerateofcutepaeatitis.
