AbstractObjective：Toexploretheaplicationefectofthevirtualmonitoringclinic（VMC）chronicdisease managementmodelinan interet-basedhospitalforpatintswiheumatoidartritsRA）Methods：Atotalof4ORApatientsositedteoutpaticf Xinxiang Central Hospitalfrom April toAugust 2O22 wereselectedasthecontrol groupandreceivedroutine nursingcare.Another40 RApatients whovisitedthesamehospitalfomSeptember2O22toJanuary2023 wereselectedastheobservationgroupandreceivedthe VMCchronicdisease managementmodel.Attheendoftheinterventionandat3，6，9，and1monthsafterinterventiontheDisease Activity Score28（DAS28），VisualAnalogScale（VAS），HealthAssessment Questioaire（HAQ），SelfRatingAxietyScale （A）， medicationadherenceandfollowupderenceweecomparedetweetetwogroups.Aditionally，atientsatisfactionithhaltare services was evaluatedat3and12 monthsafterinterventionResults：At9and12 monthsafterintervention，theDA28，VA，HAQ and SAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05 ）.The between-group，time， and interaction effects forall scores were statistically significant ΔP<0.05 ）.Themedication adherence rate and follow-upadherence rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 9 and12 months after intervention（ P<0.05） .Conclusions： TheaplicationoftheVMCchronicdisease managementmodelinaninternet-basedhospitalforRApatientshelpsaleviatephsical symptoms，reduce their anxiety，improve their adherence，and enhance their satisfaction with healthcare services.
