AbstractObjective：ToevaluatetheasessmenttolsformentalhealthliteracyamongadultsinChinaandprovidereferenceforte selectionandevelopmentofigualityassessmenttolsformentalhealthitracyMetos：Acomputerbasedsystematicarchas conducted inKI，WanfangData，VI，hinaBiology Medicine（inoMed），ubMed，WebofSience，EMbase，andCAHfor literaturesrelatedtoemeasuremenproprtofmentalealthiterac.eretrealtlitwasfrotablishmentofttabass toAugust24osesdepeentlyeedtlieaturesmmardotiodaatedhud using theConsensus-basedStandards forthe SelectionofHealth Measurement Instruments（COSMN）.Finally，therecommendation gradesandopiosereforedResults：Atotalofpaperswereicudednvolingsessmenttolsformentalalthlieacy. Amongthem，thecontentvalidityasnotreportedin2paper，tehothesstestingofostructvalidityasotreporedi5paprsthe stabilitywas noteportedinpapers，tecriterionvdityasotreportedi9papers，themeasurementeroandresponsiveswere noteportedinalldtouaiepodiolppsofsilld， andtherecommendationopionsereallClassBrecommendatiosConclusios：Thequestionnaireonmentalealthliteracyofinese adultsndthequestionnaireonmentalhealthliteracyofresidentscanbetentativelyrecommended.Inthefuture，guidedbyCOMIN， high-qualityaessmenttoolsformentalhathliteracysuitablefortheChinesepopulationcanbecontiuouslyimprovedordeveloped. Attentionshouldbepaidtotereportingors，layingthefoundationforresearcerstoslectandapplyappropatetolstoaurately measure the mental health literacy level of the target population.
