AbstractObjective：Toconstructanevaluationindexsystemforthecarequalityofelderlycareinstitutions inminorityareasofweste Yunnan，andtoprovdeaminimumdatasetfortheevaluationindexsystemofthecarequalityofelderlycareinstitionsintseareas. Methods：TheevaluationindexsystemforthecarequalityofelderlycareinstitutionsinminorityareasofwesteYunnanwasonstructed throughliteratureanalysis，brainstoring，andtheDelpimethod.Theobjectiveweightingmethodwasapliedtodeterinetheweights of the indicators.Results：The efective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were both 100% . The coefficients of expert authority（Cr）inthetwooundswereO.913andO.93Orespectively.Theexpertcordiationcoefcientsofthesecondroundrangedfrom 0.086 to 0.182 （all P<0.05 ）.Finally，anevaluation index system for thecarequalityof elderlycare institutions in minorityareas of western Yunnanwasfod，hichiuded3fist-lveldicators，Oecond-eelindicatorsnd3thid-eelindcatorsCcsie constructedevaluatioidexsteforteareualitofderlyaresittiosiortrsofwsteYanisietifdlable Anditcanprovideabasisforqualityevaluationandqualityimprovemetoftecareualityofelderlycareistitutiosinminorityareaof western Yunnan.
