Abstract  Through literature researches and field investigation，this paper analyzed the significance and current situation of scientific research feedback teaching in nursing.And it proposed corresponding strategies，so as to promote the extensive development of innovative nursing talent cultivation through the feedback of scientific research to teaching，and to leverage the role of nursing scientific research in promoting teaching，to accelerate the high⁃quality development of nursing education.
