Abstract  It expounded the concept and origin of cardiovascular advanced practice nurses in foreign countries，and introduced their qualification，access system，education and training，and scope of practice，and to analyze their inspiration for the construction of cardiovascular advanced practice nursing team in China，with a view to provide reference for the cultivation of cardiovascular advanced practice nursing talents in China.
