Construction of intervention program for anticoagulant self⁃management in patients with atrial fibrillation based on the theory of planned behavior and nudge strategy

Abstract  Objective：To construct an intervention program for anticoagulant self⁃management in patients with atrial fibrillation based on the theory of planned behavior and nudge strategy.Methods：Under the guidance of the theory of planned behavior and nudge strategy，through literature review，a preliminary intervention plan for the patients with atrial fibrillation was formulated，the specific content of the intervention were determined through Delphi method.Results：The effective recovery rates of the both rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 100%，and the expert authority coefficient was 0.802 and 0.838，respectively，and the Kendall W coefficient of the two rounds was 0.581 and 0.666，respectively（P all<0.001）.Finally，an intervention program was formed，including 5 first⁃level indicators，9 second⁃level indicators and 16 third⁃level indicators.Conclusion：The anticoagulant self⁃management intervention program for patients with atrial fibrillation based on the the theory of planned behavior and nudge strategy has reliable results and has certain feasibility.
